We are back at QBar on Thursday June 11 for Underground Trance Rave V5!! A special Pride month party! We had a great turnout (110-120 people) at V4 so let's keep the momentum and fun going for V5! An EDC Recovery party!!! Prepare for a 4+ hour journey through Trance - melodic, euphoric, uplifting, high energy, and dancey. The set structure will be roughly: 1st hour: Progressive Trance, including Anjuna!! (126-130 bpm) 2nd hour: Classic Trance (1999-2011) (131-140 bpm). some Vocals. 3rd hour: High-Energy Banger Uplifting Trance (138-140 bpm) 4th hour: Super Uplifting, Euphoric Trance (138-142 bpm) This music is designed for you to feel good, inspire you to dance freely, and connect with others! Everyone here is really nice, fun, good energy, and good vibes! Many people I have met personally at parties over the last couple of years, but if you are new - please come check it out and dance with us! QBar will be our host again - awesome location in the heart of the Castro - right across the street from the Castro Theater! It is an intimate club with excellent lighting and sound. We will hopefully get some fun random people pop in after the Castro theater shows! This is a safe, welcoming space for all where you can dance freely. Please bring good vibes and your fun, loving energy! I encourage you to do whatever helps you loosen up, but please be responsible! If you do drink, please support the bar and venue! We had a great turnout last time on April 2, so let's keep the momentum going and help grow KYON!! No Cover, but a suggested donation of $10-20 (sliding scale) would be greatly appreciated. Donations will be used to cover equipment costs, upgrade my equipment for summer renegades (!!) and future gigs.
