Get ready to hit refresh with sauna, and cold plunge - with a soundbath that’s like a mind spa for the whole body. Receive a goodie bag filled with offerings to support your self-care journey. Enjoy facials and massages by G & Andy! Get cozy in Weosh's skin-friendly clothes and enjoy drinks by Redy Hemp mocktails, kombucha with rosemary from the local garden, and other tonics! Pack your swimmies and sunnies for Contrast Therapy- Sauna & Cold Plunge is a great way to boost your immune system! Just 3 min in the cold then 15 min in the infrared sauna is all you need to re-set your mind for the week. Sunscreen and cooling gel provided by Vacation We have carefully curated an array of activities that can offer a treasure trove of benefits, from easing the mind and reducing anxiety to enhancing sleep and overall well-being. In our friendly and welcoming space, surrender to the beauty of sound, smell, senses, and let it guide you to a haven of inner peace, love, finding your safe space, and “whealth”. Please note this is a shared space and we will be taking our shoes off and getting cozy, let's be mindful of how we come into the space and leave the space.
