Welcome to the World of Acro.
A class fit for a true chair beginner and those looking to build foundational skills. While focusing on balance, and strength building, Each class will beginning with a full body stretch and conditioning. Followed by exploring one fundamental area per session, allowing you to build your confidence and performance level!
*Yoga mat and knee pads recommended. Pleaser heel friendly
Heels aren’t Required but makes it extra Sexy and Chairs will be Provided 😉
