In this special container that draws from T-Group, noting practice, somatic awareness, grief work, and authentic relating… we’ll bring attention to our stories around grief, while stripping away the fluff of communication to leave only the essential parts of our being that are longing to be felt by others.
We’ll practice noticing experience in real time while learning how to be with one another without trying to solve, change, or manage what arises.
Many of us experience a reality where if we slow down, we are faced with grief - we are tuned into our collective experience or with our personal grief.
Perhaps to slow down with others is to be with grief.
In this relational space we are invited to notice what comes up around our grieving parts. Being invited into the present moment where judgment, isolation, and overwhelm can melt and be replaced by the warmth and compassion of community. A place to share about and connect in our grief to not feel so alone in it.
Using somatic practices we’ll resource as well as notice the play and joy that are a part of our experience alongside the grief. We’ll close with a harvest to ground into what emerged and transformed in the space.
I hope to see you there!
