Approval required. Private office.
A working session for Seed and Series A founders, operators, and investors who can actually help the room.
We’ll start with a candid conversation led by founders with acquisitions between them, plus Founder Institute leadership: what actually works when building and distributing companies in large, fragmented industries.
We’ll cover:
- Finding the initial wedge
- Landing the first enterprise customers
- Who already owns distribution
- Founder-led sales
- Building repeatable GTM
- Using AI, software, payments, and embedded finance to turn a narrow workflow into infrastructure
Then we stop presenting.
After the opening discussion and audience Q&A, the room breaks into small groups. Founders bring a live GTM or growth problem.
The group works it in the room: positioning, distribution, enterprise sales, partnerships, pricing, acquisition, or whatever is actually blocking progress.
The goal is introductions, answers, and next actions. Not another stack of LinkedIn connections.
Last year, one attendee closed a middle-market enterprise deal before the evening was over.
We are prioritizing:
1. Seed and Series A founders actively building
2. Experienced operators
3. Investors who can materially contribute
Come prepared to contribute. Come with a problem worth solving.
