It's not networking. It's not a mixer. It's not therapy. It's definitely not for men. It's a hangout for women going through the middle part of life (or preparing for or celebrating after). Find community in whatever it is you are experiencing and let's laugh together as we give each other tips about how to make it through. Each event has some special guests, swag or something fun, and plenty of folks in the same boat. No rules... just us. This month, we're focused on brain fog, ADHD, and all the mental shit that comes with our friend Peri ... and what you can do about it. Dr. Arlene Vernon & Katie Vernon, NP bring decades of medical experience and a deeply woman-focused approach to everything they do. As founders of Umbrella Concierge Services for Women, they specialize in the nuances of what women's bodies and brains actually need during this transition — and they'll break down the science behind what's really happening so you feel more empowered to navigate it. Sara Kershaw of Regenesis Neuro will introduce Low-Energy Neurofeedback (LENS) — a brief, non-invasive, talk-free approach that helps the brain reset, function more efficiently, and recalibrate the nervous system. For women in perimenopause, that can mean real relief from the symptoms that feel hardest to address — the sleeplessness, the anxiety, the fog, the mood swings. LENS works powerfully on its own or alongside any other treatment or care you're already receiving. No medication. No downtime. Just your brain finding its way back to itself. And yes — there will be a live demo. Come curious.
