Join me for RISE, my donation-based morning retreat designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and connect our community — all set at a gorgeous ranch in Napa.
We’ll move through my Signature HIIT Pilates class to energize and empower, then wind down with a guided meditation to ground and restore. Afterward, I’ll share my vision for Heat Wave Studios, followed by rejuvenating time in the sauna and cold plunge.
A little self-care for the soul — and a bite to savor: meet Meredith Baird, founder of Nucifera Body and author of Help Your Self, as she shares insights and delicious treats from her new book.
We’ll close the morning with Caesar salads and fresh juices by Chef Brandon Hughes, plus plenty of time to mingle, relax, and recharge under the Napa sun.
