Join us to celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month + Mental Health Awareness Month in a way that feels good for your body, mind, and heart. A community wellness experience that bridges the gap between physical and mental health through movement, reflection, and connection! FREE & open to everyone 🙌🙌 Last year was big, and this year we’re going bigger! 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 🗓️ Saturday, May 9, 2026 🕘 9:00am – 12:00pm 📍 Tribal Cafe — 1651 W Temple St, Los Angeles, CA 90026 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 🏃🏻‍♀️ 5K Run/1mi Walk to Echo Park — Led by Run the Blocks [3 Pace Groups] — First Pacer: ~7–9 min/mile — Sweep: ~10–12+ min/mile — Walk: Soak up the sun! 🕯 Altar & Reflection Space — Hosted by Asians Grieving Honor loved ones who have passed. Please bring a framed photo of them** and their favorite snack to contribute to the altar 🕊️🤍 ** Please note that altar photos should be of your loved one who has passed, and not including anyone who is currently living. 🦵🏼 Leg Compression Boots — Provided by Coach Hallie 💧 Hydration & Electrolyte Packets — From Drink Magna ⚡ Functional Fitness Drinks — From our friends at Celsius 🧠 Wellness & Multicultural Therapy Resources — Offered by Yellow Chair Collective Resources related to support groups and specialties, as well as a postcard for their sister non-profit: Entwine Community. Along with stickers, potpourri station, and affirmation cards! Two (2) therapists will be present who are trained in and practices culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA-affirming counseling and psychotherapy services for Asian Americans, multicultural clients, and beyond. 🎗️ Suicide Prevention Services Resources — Offered by Didi Hirsch Resources about 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline , Teenline, and Suicide Prevention Counseling Center services. Along with a Plinko Board for participants to play for a free item from the table! ☕ Coffee Cart — Available for purchase from Dokkaebi Coffee 🇰🇷 Local to Koreatown. Rooted in culture, inspired by community. 🥪 Delicious Food & Drinks — Available for purchase from Tribal Cafe 🇵🇭 Our wonderful host for the event! 📸 Photobooth — Set up by Kultura Cultura aka Brandyn aka our wonderful photographer for the day!
