However open to anyone seeking grounding and healing. 🔹 What to Expect: Gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing to release stress, cultivate inner peace, and build resilience for the next chapter. 🔹 What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, pillow and a sleeping bag/blanket.
