Come and start your week off right by joining our first-ever Meditation Monday at Feybl!
Meditation is an art and science of quieting the mind, slowing the brain-wave state and bringing ourselves back to center. If you have never meditated before, this class is for you. By using The Max Meditation Systemâ„¢, we will go through the five stages of meditation (relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, visualization, return to body) so that participants will have a deep experience that will last the rest of the week.
Donations are much appreciated. All donations will be going to the charity City Team, a food bank.
