Rolling out of the screens and onto the boardwalk. A silent disco pop-up on wheels — headphones on, the ocean on one side, and nothing to do but move. Skate it, walk it, dance it. DJ set by Scott Welch with Humane Design & BE Ü. Sober, all levels, no experience needed. Bring skates if you have them; bring your body if you don't. Friday at the The Blacktop, Newport Peninsula (13th St., Newport Beach, CA 92661) — right on the Balboa Peninsula boardwalk. Check-in 4:45pm, we roll 5:00–7:00pm. Donation-based, sliding scale starting with free RSVP up to whatever you are able to :) Reserve your spot by RSVP’ing here for free, with a donation ticket ahead of time, or Venmo @robertscottwelch at the door.
