ʘ‿ʘJUNE IS PRIDE MONTH! Kontra is founded by LGBTQ+ artists, so we wanted to throw a specialized shindig to gather more queer people in DC to mingle, connect, have a lil fun, and enjoy the outdoors together in a very queer artistic fashion.
Musicians, painters, poets, dancers, etc, no matter your medium, we want you there!!
Meeting at the south side of Malcolm X park, attached pic in the comments for exact location. Will bring some snacks but if you feel like bringing something 👀 won’t be opposed. We’ll also have a speaker blasting some tunes, some blankets to sit on, and some art supplies.
