In a world fraught with uncertainty, it's easier than ever to believe that now is the time to play it safe.
But what if the most dangerous thing you could do to your future is enter it disconnected from who you really are?
What if the safest thing you could do is truly know and accept yourself, so that no matter what future plays out, you've at least got your own back?
We were all born into a reality far different from the one we will die in. Which means our historical wiring is ill-equipped to navigate the future we will collectively forge.
Wouldn't it be nice to learn how to update the scripts that run our lives? To shed the beliefs we developed as a child the same way we no longer wear our childhood clothes?
If there's anything I've learned from facing the most terrifying fears of my psyche, it's that the scariest part is when my imagination runs wild, unchecked by reality. Once I'm actually living the thing I was previously afraid of, and realize it's not nearly as bad as I thought, my body breathes a sigh of relief.
Come breathe that sigh of relief together as we:
-Find the excitement and pleasure in the fear that's holding you back.
-Learn to trust yourself and those around you to navigate the uncertainties of life.
-Give and receive deep empathy as we celebrate being human together.
-Learn to be held and grounded by the Earth so that you can set down heavy material in a way that unburdens you without weighing down others.
-Leave with one thing you excitedly want to say yes to that previously seemed scary or out of reach.
