Join us for a wood-burning sauna session right on the edge of Howe Sound. Weāll rotate between the heat and the brisk ocean waters, embracing the elements, ourselves, and a little shared weirdness along the way.
This is a space to relax, reset, and connectāheld together by motherhood, laughter, and a good sweat.
Kids are welcome, and weāll have babysitters on hand to help keep them entertained while the mamas take turns in the sauna.
What to bring:

š„ Layers for between rounds
Come get steamy, take the plunge, and leave feeling like a new human.
