Come join your fellow tech foodies in beautiful Peoria, AZ at the newest Caldwell County BBQ location in the valley and learn all about the science behind the barbeque, including trimming, fire management, the science of smoke, and BBQ technique! Then enjoy delicious freshly-smoked brisket, barbeque, and more! There is a $25 registration fee. Attendees will be invoiced directly after joining the list. Once paid, you will be accepted and confirmed.
