BOWLS & BABES is a monthly gathering and music circle rooted in community, release, and somatic connection.
Join us for a Sunday evening of sound healing in a living circle of women who witness each other, celebrate each other, and move through life in rhythm just as our ancestors did.
In this guided space by Liberty and Honey, we will play drums, singing bowls and the steel tongue drum through a variety of melodies and tempos that build before returning us to softness again. Bring your instrument + join in!
There will be water, light snacks and beverages available. Please feel free to bring your own to share!
