From Caribbean energy to African sounds, Latin American rhythms, American soul, African American sauce, Asian flavors mixed with Middle Eastern melodies - we’ve got the world on deck.

If you know me (ADAPTA) or anyone on this lineup, you know how much our culture means to us. I’ve loved Time Out since it was a weekly mag I’d pick up to find the best art, food, and events in the city. It’s always celebrated what makes each place unique.
Now, I have the chance to bring that same spirit to life through this residency - to create something meaningful and global, starting right here.
