BreakFree is a community of women committed to breaking free from self-imposed limitations and creating the lives they truly want. Through a three-part educational workshop, participants receive practical tools, skills, and support for lasting empowerment.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where there are no steps to learn, no choreography, and no judgment. Itβs an invitation to move your body however it wants to move, using music as a guide to release stress, express emotions, connect with yourself, and experience joy.
