Move. ✨ 4:00–5:00 PM Mix, mingle, hug your people, and connect with new friends. 🤗 💃🏼 5:00–7:00 PM Keep the mingle going or join our Ecstatic Dance Journey Connect with your body, move freely, and express yourself without judgment. No dance experience necessary. Come exactly as you are. 🦋 🎧 Option to reserve your headset in advance or decide once you arrive. BreakFree is a community of women committed to breaking free from self-imposed limitations and creating the lives they truly want. Through a three-part educational workshop, participants receive practical tools, skills, and support for lasting empowerment. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where there are no steps to learn, no choreography, and no judgment. It’s an invitation to move your body however it wants to move, using music as a guide to release stress, express emotions, connect with yourself, and experience joy. We can’t wait to dance with you! 🌈
