Hiring is easy. Managing people is hard. Many founders struggle with leadership and execution at scale—and over time, your productivity and your company’s success depend on your people.
This webinar is designed to help founders transition from builder → leader, with practical frameworks you can apply immediately. From psychology to technology, we’ll cover questions around the psychology behind what drives performance and engagement, systems and tools to reduce HR cost and manage teams efficiently (without overbuilding HR), and how to balance building the product with leading the company as you scale.
👤 About Me
I work closely with founders at different stages of growth, helping them build teams, lead effectively, and scale without unnecessary friction.
I currently serve as a People Advisor / Head of HR to multiple startups and mentor founders through Techstars. I’m also a former HR x AI founder, so I understand firsthand the challenges of building while leading.
My experience spans early-stage startups (10–50 employees), where I’ve built people functions from the ground up, and Fortune 500 environments supporting 800+ employees across multiple countries. I’m also a certified executive coach, helping founders strengthen leadership effectiveness, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
