Let music be thy medicine! When was the last time you truly let loose and allowed your body to move freely? Join us for an evening of full-body freedom at Rise—an invitation to reconnect with your body, your heart, and the pulse of life itself. Ecstatic Dance Journey We’ll begin with an opening circle to ground, connect, and create a safe, welcoming space. Through guided breathwork, we’ll awaken the body, open our energetic fields, and prepare to move with greater presence and intention. Then, surrender to a blindfolded movement experience—an invitation to explore space without sight, heighten your senses, and deepen your connection to your body, energy, and inner rhythm. Embrace the unknown and discover new dimensions of movement. Throughout the dance, optional partner practices—including mirroring and contact dance—will be offered. Participation is always by choice, with clear communication and consent. No partner or previous experience is needed—beginners are warmly welcome!
