Hi, I'm Aniah! I'm a shamanic practitioner born and raised here in DC, who's lived in Hawai'i and visited Shinto temples in Japan.
I decided to create a homegrown shamanic practice for us, called EARTHFLOW DC.
I've been categorizing some of the nature spirits here in the city.
DC is filled with all kinds of fairies, doing all types of things. Each neighborhood has 10-12 different types of fairies.
I write about 1 per neighborhood, like the substack post about the Anacostia fairies linked above.
Next I'll be headed over to Takoma Park. Come explore the area with me!
Here's our agenda:
🌿We'll meet up and start off with a nice guided visualization that I'll walk you through -- imagination is magick!
🧚 As we walk, I'll provide you with live field descriptions of fairy presence as we encounter them. Who's there, what they look like, what they're doing, and if they give us any messages, what they're saying!
✨ I'll guide you with easy instruction to follow your intuition, so that you can practice on doing your own fairy finding walks!
☕ We'll explore a few blocks of a leafy neighborhood in Takoma Park. Once we've found a few types of fairies, we'll return back to the area we started and have a nice discussion at a coffeehouse!
