This workshop focuses on the mechanics of building relationships: what works, what doesn’t, and how to apply it in everyday situations. You’ll learn how to: Identify what’s keeping you from connecting Shift how you think about relationships Learn actionable steps to strengthen connections Expand your ability to reach out and engage Develop a sense of yourself as a socially confident, connected person This is a structured, interactive workshop with clear frameworks and practical tools you can use immediately.
