​We are psyched to invite you back to Muevelo Mondays temporarily (and appropriately) restructured as a dance gathering at the Bay! Though the location has changed, the goal remains the same: let go, have fun, meet new people, and build a vibrant, supportive community through the joy of Latin dance. 

​The Follow-up
​Join us again but this time make it Saucy!!!! No pressure, no judgment—just good music, great moves, and a welcoming atmosphere. Bring your friends, bring your energy, Come learn, dance, and connect. You dont have to be a professional dancer, you just have to feel the rhythm and allow yourself to have some fun!

What style of dance do you want to learn this week?

The possibility of adding sultry hip and body rolls is high but we prefer to keep the drama on the dance floor, not in your medical history! In preparation and so there are no surprises, please let us know of any past injuries or limitations the instructor should keep in mind.
