Nguyen Wahed Gallery is pleased to present Malleable Archives: What the Future Remembers, curated by Vanessa Fuchs and Nhung Nguyen, a group exhibition that brings together eight artists whose practices explore movement, transformation, and the inevitable shifts between physical and digital life. This multimedia exhibition invites us to remain curious, united, and responsive during a period shaped by rapid change, ecological uncertainty, disconnection, and constant surveillance. We live within systems that monitor more of our lives than ever before. Our movements, choices, and interactions become data, which technologies use to recognize patterns and anticipate what we may do next. While this can offer convenience and connection, it also raises questions about privacy, isolation, and the use of our information. Technology is neither inherently good nor bad; its impact depends on who directs it and whom it serves.
