The Spaces We CELEBRATE: your last chance to explore our group art exhibition featuring 40+ artists. Art, DJs, Live Music, and community! The Spaces We Create : A love letter to Chicago’s underground creative scene—and to the subcultures that thrive within abandoned warehouses, makeshift studios, DIY venues, and the homes-away-from-home that artists build together. This exhibition explores the pursuit of a dream: making do with what’s available, creating something out of nothing, and finding meaning through the act of creation itself. The show celebrates the full reality of the artist’s journey—the good, the bad, and the ugly. But alongside these truths, it highlights the magic of creation and the relentless pursuit of something larger than ourselves.
