In late summer, the Earth element invites us to return to our center — to ground, to feel nourished, and to move from a place of deep presence. 🌿
🌀 Soul in Motion returns with a slower, earthier vibe — this time set to live drum and flute by Hans Austin and Daniel Fresco, weaving rhythms that feel organic and rooted. Let your body soften, your breath deepen, and your creativity rise.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a gentle warm‑up, then melt into freeform movement and expressive drawing on a shared canvas. Whether you move solo, with a partner, or through your pen — there’s no right or wrong. Just presence, earth, and flow.
