OC Cuties x @brickandbarbell : Beginner Friendly Workout Class Come move with us, cuties!! 💕✨ We’re partnering with Brick & Barbell for a fun, light, beginner friendly workout class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you work out all the time or you’re just trying to romanticize moving your body a little more, you are totally welcome here 🫶 This will be a 45 minute group fitness class with a mix of strength, cardio, coaching, and community. Think something similar to an Orange Theory or F45 style workout, but kept light, welcoming, and approachable so everyone can enjoy it. What to expect: ✨ 45 minute coached workout ✨ Beginner friendly strength and cardio ✨ Supportive, high energy group environment ✨ Encouraging staff and community vibes ✨ A workout you can adjust to your own comfort level The Brick & Barbell team believes in creating a friendly space for people at all fitness levels because every body is unique, and the goal is to find something that works for you. Their group fitness classes combine movement, accountability, and community in a way that makes working out feel less intimidating and way more fun.
