Sensory Awareness is a body-based practice of inquiry into the natural functioning of our senses. As the mind quiets, we rediscover a deeper, more vivid sensory experience of the present moment. With simple movements and gestures, we go deeper into presence and rediscover our own natural ability to connect, relate, sense, and feel. This session is a 2-hour journey including self-exploration and sharing, led by Eyal Yona. Eyal Yona is a Sensory Awareness leader and an acupuncturist. He has been practicing Buddhist meditation and somatic work for more than a decade, working closely with teachers and mentors from the lineage of Charlotte Selver, who originated the practice in the 1960s in the United States.
