The venue is special. Pizza Viva is the (relatively) new project of Adriano Ferano, former journalist, Knight Fellow, ex-Silicon Valley tech CEO, and author of a book on ancient grains.  Adriano moved his family to Paris and channeled all of it into a chain of five bakeries and now two pizza spots. His heritage grain dough will make you fall in love with pizza all over again.

No agenda. No slides. Just good pizza, primitivo, and orange wine... and conversations that don't fit in a convention center.
