This welcoming group is a space for new parents to gather, ask questions, share experiences, and learn practical ways to care for themselves while caring for a new baby. From recovery and emotional wellness to feeding and everyday adjustments, you’ll find community, education, and reassurance for the journey ahead. Join Wasatch Midwifery & Wellness in Holladay Utah for the Postpartum Class; held every 4th Wednesday of the month from 11:30am-1pm.
