Grief Café is an open, judgment-free space for anyone carrying grief to come together and create from it. Grief is heavy, but it’s also energy. Through a creative activity, we’ll explore using that energy as a way to make it a bit easier to hold. No pressure to share. Come open minded and non judgemental. Please arrive by 3:30 PM latest.
