In this workshop we will gather to explore the porous nature of our bodies. Ancestral memory lives within the fascial matrix, and movement becomes a conduit through which this wisdom can be expressed, witnessed, and honored.
Utilizing breathwork, somatic free flow movement, and sound healing, we will release trapped energy and invite integration of the whole self (Land/body/mind/Spirit/microbiome).
Through the awakening of the sensory system, we will reconnect with our innate capacity for self-healing. By honoring ancestral inheritances of pain and pleasure, we are reminded that we belong to the Earth.
