• Grow and Stretch: Who are you becoming as a leader? Explore the leader you aspire to be and the space between where you are and where you’re going. Deepen your skills in powerful, authentic communication to amplify your impact.
• Personal Action Plan: Craft a clear, actionable path forward. What will you leave behind? What will you carry with you? Who belongs on your personal board of directors or by your side as an accountability partner.
