Brooklyn Half Training Run #3 - CBS Run Club

Join the CBS Run Club for a group long run to prep for the Brooklyn Experience Half! We'll plan to do up to 8 miles as a group and regroup at Maman afterwards for food and coffee. All ability levels are welcome, and get ready for quality training time with the CBS running community! Quick logistics: - Meeting Spot: Maine Monument at Columbus Circle - Route: We'll be doing 8 miles. The idea is to do a complete loop around Central Park, including a loop around the Reservoir. We'll do our best to group similar runners together so everyone has a partner. - Fuel: Please plan to hydrate before the run and bring a few gels (Maurten and Gu gels are good brands) during the training run. - Post Run Breakfast: We'll meet at Maman around 11.30 am (152 Columbus Ave)
