Build your team for the AI Era: A working session for founders and operators Not a panel. Not a presentation. A hands-on session where you leave with something real. Most teams are letting people go, handing work to agents, and then realizing no one knows how to manage, debug, or course-correct when things break. The org chart isn't just a people problem anymore and most teams have no framework for thinking about it. What we'll do: Part 1: Design Getting everyone on the same page, literally. We'll start with a shared vocabulary (what is an AI agent vs. AI, what is an AI Orchestrator, where do agents sit in a reporting structure) and then work through how to reimagine an org chart with both human and agent roles mapped explicitly. Where does discretion live? Where does transactional work get handed off? Who owns the system when it breaks? Part 2: Implementation Once the design is clear, the harder question: how do you actually build toward it? This is where workflow architecture, change management, and the culture of how humans and agents operate together come into focus. What you'll walk away with: 1) A reimagined version of your org structure and new roles identified, handoffs mapped. 2) A "Before & After" org chart visualization showing where agents plug in and where humans move up to Orchestrator. 3) An AI usage diagnostic: where you are vs. where you could be ***Bring your laptop to be able to participate in the session.
