Please join us for the opening reception of "What Holds Us," a solo art exhibition by Dani Samson.

Dani Samson is a contemporary mixed media artist based in Los Angeles. Working with paper, fabric, found materials, and drawing media, she explores presence and perception through layered, process-driven methods. Samson studied psychology and studio art at The Ohio State University and earned her MFA from the Columbus College of Art & Design. Her work has appeared in national and international group exhibitions, including Beeler Gallery, the Centre Pompidou, and the Helms Design Center.

What Holds Us reflects on care, presence, and the quiet forces that support us. Inspired by domestic space, relationships, and ritual, the works explore how meaning is built through patience, trust, and commitment. Combining stitching, papermaking, printmaking, animation, and collage, the show invites viewers into a space of reverence for life’s simple, everyday moments.
