Concept :
- Startups pitch on stage— 5 minutes each to tell you why you should work for them +tabling to meet them 1 on 1
- You watch, then decide — see who's actually interesting before you talk to anyone
- Real conversations follow — office hours, speed matching, actual hiring talks
