An Invitation: There are moments in life when we realize we have been living from habit, expectation, or survival, disconnected from our deeper values, our body, and our inherent sense of enoughness. The Meeting Point exists as a space to pause and meet you where you are. Held under the New Moon in Taurus, this retreat invites you to examine your relationship with self-worth, abundance, and belonging, not as abstract ideas, but as lived, embodied experiences. Taurus reminds us that true abundance is not something we chase, but something we cultivate slowly through presence, care, and rootedness in what is real. This is an invitation to reconnect with your inner ground. To shift from striving to listening. From scarcity to sufficiency. From disconnection to belonging. The Retreat Arc: Thursday, May 14: Arrival (5–8 PM) Settle in, ground, and open the retreat together. Friday, May 15: Meeting Yourself Reconnect with your body, values, and inner landscape through guided practices and evening sound. Saturday, May 16: Meeting One Another (New Moon in Taurus) Deepen connection through shared experiences, relational practices, and community ritual. Sunday, May 17: Planting Forward Integration and seed-planting ceremony to carry your intentions forward. Departure between 11 AM–12 PM. Guided by Chynna Dee Andrada and Julius Betila, the retreat weaves meditation, somatic practices, relational exercises, sound, cacao, ritual, and nature to support deep reconnection, clarity, and inner stability. Each day includes: • Meditation and guided inner practices • Sound healing and integration journeys • Ceremonial cacao • Gentle somatic movement • Relational and connection exercises • Time in nature • Symbolic ritual and seed-planting ceremony • Three nourishing shared meals daily • Spacious time for rest, reflection, and integration Our Contact info: chynnadee.andrada@gmail.com julius.betila@gmail.com
