Step into the mysterious world of crows and ravens for an evening of folklore and crafting. We’ll explore the stories, superstitions, and symbolism surrounding these intelligent black birds, from The Morrígan and Odin’s ravens to ancient omens, counting rhymes, the Tower of London, and their enduring connections to magic, death, and the Otherworld. We’ll also uncover the fascinating real-life intelligence of crows and ravens before creating an 5x5 Victorian Crow Shadowbox Frame using vintage imagery, feathers, moss, dried botanicals, and other curiosities inspired by an old naturalist’s cabinet.
