This afternoon of Authentic Relating invites you to slow down, come back to presence, and notice the stories that shape your relationships.
Through guided practices and relational games, you’ll explore what it’s like to:
✨ Notice and shift the narratives that block genuine connection.
✨ Reveal what’s true for you with clarity and courage.
✨ Listen and hold space for others, beyond assumptions and expectations.
You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, deeper empathy, and practical tools to bring more honesty and ease into your relationships — both with yourself and others.
This workshop is an exploration of realness — of seeing and being seen — and of letting that honesty ripple outward into your relationships and life.
