By participating in this ride hosted by The Polaroid Pedal, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
* I understand that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, road hazards, weather conditions, traffic, and personal injury.
* I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this ride and am physically able to do so.
* I agree to ride responsibly, follow traffic laws, and respect ride leaders and fellow riders.
* I understand this is a community/social ride and that I am responsible for my own safety, equipment, hydration, and personal belongings.
* I release and hold harmless The Polaroid Pedal, its organizers, volunteers, ride leaders, collaborators, and partners from any liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the ride.
* I consent to photos/videos being taken during the event for social media and promotional purposes unless I communicate otherwise beforehand.
