Hi! This is a beginner friendly lesson for American style mahjong, all are welcome! I can teach up to 8 at a time. Mahjong does take a few hours to learn, so it’s broken up over a few weeks, but we will make it fun! I teach almost every Sunday at 2:30 (we are taking a break for LDW). Next Lesson 1’s at this link: https://linktr.ee/AmericanMahjongSF After lessons one and two we can do guided play, and then hopefully make it a regular thing! What to bring: I will have a mahjong set and cards for us all to use. I also have printed out cheat sheets for you to take home and practice online. If you want to bring anything, drinks or snacks for the group are always fun:) Please note! this is american style mahjong (not the chinese/hong kong or japanese/riichi style which are played at the majority of mahjong events in SF).
