instead come the sanctuary for 
- coffee + snacks + other drinks 
- talented creative friends to collaborate with
- *slightly* more outlets than a coffee shop 
- *slightly* better parking than other places in la. 
- immaculate vibes (cool granite and maybe some flowers?)

2-3: initial social hour with drinks + food from popup
3-4:30: silent co-working (no yapping) 
4:30-5:00: demos, share what you are working
5:00-6:00: open collaborations, chat with friends ask for help etc!
