The Annual Italian Feast of Saints Cosmas and Damian in East Cambridge is a multi-day community celebration with food, carnival rides, games, and free live entertainment, kicking off when the Saints' statues are carried out in a ceremony with fireworks and traditional music The weekend builds to the Grand Procession, when the Saints are carried through the streets of East Cambridge and Somerville, blessing homes along the way Come for the food and rides, engage in living history that you can only find at the Annual Feast of Saints Cosmas and Damian!
