🌿Joseph is a personal trainer, sound healer, breathwork practitioner, and yoga teacher to some of Silicon Valley’s brightest minds. He currently works with several partners from Y Combinator and has trained with executives all around Silicon Valley. Joseph has studied several modalities to support his clients in a multitude of ways, he is an emotional support human for the people that he serves. He has over a decade worth of experience in the health and wellness industry and his primary goal is to be a bridge between eastern philosophy and western science. His practice includes a three-step process of educate, facilitate, and integrate. You will learn techniques that you can use for every day life, you will experience a personalized meditation, and you will learn how to integrate these techniques into your daily life.
