Beyond excited to hold this event for you! I’ll be leading a 60 min yoga class ( Vinyasa and Yin) that will lead into a 30 min sound bath. You’ll be moving your body with a fun flow, relax with some yummy yin, bring awareness to your breath, vibrate with sounds from healing instruments, and take home some free products from some amazingly gracious companies. You deserve to take this time for yourself. Invite and share with other nursing friends.
