Intentional Listening is sonic cinema for music lovers in the age of multitasking and divided attention. We listen without conversation or devices on, for a fuller appreciation of sound as an art form.  

IL#2 is much more than a playlist or a standard dj set.  It has widely eclectic sounds in a flowing self-referential/meta narrative with a structure closer to a psychedelic sound collage than a constellation of discrete connected works. Edited and augmented elements from a large range of music styles overlap significantly and in a variety of ways during 90 minutes of 40 songs and 100+ other sound sources.  It's a micro/macro produced studio mix that brings you on a unique sonic journey. 

Our individual internal atmospheres are context-dependent, meaning-making machines, so we are all listening through various filters and refractions of historical experience and current feeling.  I hope that in this unique and varied moment you all appreciate the original works and juxtapositions that propel us through them. If you are so inclined, I recommend augmenting your nervous system with lowkey psychedelics.
