As Hong Kong welcomes The World’s 50 Best Bars, The St. Regis Bar Hong Kong, in partnership with BACARDÍ, presents Sip & Savor Vol. 6: United States of Spirits—a one‑evening showcase on Monday, 6 October 2025. Three acclaimed American bartenders join us for a six‑hands takeover, gathering coast‑to‑coast creativity at The House of Astor. Inspired by the St. Regis Tale of Two Cities, the evening nods to our New York heritage while embracing Hong Kong’s contemporary spirit.
