Join us for a summer shabbos run! We'll start at the little red lighthouse in washington heights, and run along the hudson river, finishing at W77th St. 

Once at 77th, we'll walk over to Salt and Straw for a celebratory ice cream social - make sure to check its partiful for info on how to send in your order!

We'll be aiming to complete these ~5 miles in ~1 hour, with a couple of rests in between, but this is not a hard deadline, and we'll be going at whatever pace attendees desire to go at! This is going to be a welcoming run led by an aspiring and relatively inexperienced runner, hopefully providing a place for those who might otherwise not be runners - no prior experience is necessary! 

Additionally, if you want to join us for only a portion of the run, feel free to meet us half way (or any portion) through - we'll communicate about when we're getting to your spot!
